Ambrosia is stunning and charming! A must experience for any stay in Palermo. Just steps from the Duomo and city center, makes walking very convenient. Staff was so friendly and kind, offering all kinds of recommendations from things to do and places to eat.

Creative, Charming, Restful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambrosia-Timeless Hosting. This warm boutique is so creatively renovated, adding modern amenities while maintaining the classic old-world charm. Quiet, well appointed rooms in an ideal location to explore the vibrant areas of Palermo. Maria welcomed us with delicious lattes and local pastries upon our arrival. Her restaurant recommendations for both lunch and dinner were absolutely perfect. Breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this amazing spot!

What can I say? I loved every thing about this B&B. The owners were on site every day, and Were amazing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were fantastic ! Old meets, new. Like living back in time with the modern features of today. Great view and the very best location! We will definitely be staying here whenever we come to Palermo !

We just returned from our stay in Sicily. We spent 2 nights in Palermo at Santuzza. What a beautiful and interesting property. The owner, Giovanni and his wife did a magnificent job in renovating an ancient property. In doing so, they left many of the original wall structures and frescoes. The updated bathrooms are fantastic. The location can't be beat with the Palermo Cathedral just yards away. Breakfast was delicious and we found the entire staff to be super friendly. We hope to return to Palermo and will certainly return to this most charming property.

What a wonderful place to stay. Stepping off the street through a non-descript door you enter an exquisitely renovated boutique B&B that has retained original stone walls, beautifully painted ceilings and an ancient staircase. This all contrasts with contemporary glass and metal finishes that somehow compliment each other to create a fusion of new and old. The rooms are of a reasonable size and spotlessly clean. The bathroom has modern fittings and is very comfortable. Breakfast is served downstairs. It is simple, but delicious and Giovanni ensures you have everything you need and personally makes your coffee. The location is superb - a few metres from the cathedral and a 5 minute walk to Quattro Canti. It is walking distance to everything you will want to see in Palermo and yet in a very quiet spot- an oasis away from the busy streets. Just be aware that there is a transparent glass wall between the bedroom and the bathroom, which some guests may not like. Other than that, this is where we will stay again should we go back to Palermo.

We would thoroughly recommend the Santuzza Maison de Charme. It’s beautiful decorated with so much attention to detail, the room was clean an comfortable, a real pleasure to stay there. Giovanni was an excellent host with lots of useful advice about things to do, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel location was perfect, within walking distance of Palermo’s many attractions. We’d definitely stay here again, a perfect weekend away.

Santuzza Maison de Charme is a drop dead gorgeous restoration of an old building. Every detail is perfectly designed and every inch is beautiful. It is a pleasure just to enter the space. The location, right near the Cathedral, is central and convenient to everything in the historic center yet quiet and peaceful. Our host was helpful and kind. His restaurant recommendation turned out to be the best food we had in Italy. The airport shuttle he arranged was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
